Very fun!

This is really cool。 It might have been a little better for a slightly younger audience-- about 1 to 2。5; we only read it once, but I wanted to read it more。

Rebekah

Cool concept。 Hard to follow for very young readers and boring for ones that have grown out of it。

Elizabeth

Simply put, this book is FUN。 I love how it encourages its reader to play with it。 I imagine a reluctant reader could discover a love of books by reading this and similar interactive stories。

Sydney

This interactive book is truly a amazing read! this book gets the child involved while you read, so the child is also able to follow along and understand it!

Breaking the fourth wall, this interactive book is a delight! Use during MIRM to emphasize the fun of reading。 Compare with The Dot by Reynolds to discuss author's intent。 Breaking the fourth wall, this interactive book is a delight! This book is the definition of not your stereotypical book, and I absolutely loved everything about this book。 I thought it was creative and unique。 At the same time it can keep anyone entertained because you are constantly interacting with the story。

This book is so much fun!We read it at the library and my niece enjoyed it so much the next time we went there she went looking for it straight away (over a week later and she still remembered it!) I was genuinely surprised by that because she's 3 years old so you know her long-term memory doesn't retain many things from everyday life。 That should tell you how much fun she had with it。 This book is so much fun!We read it at the library and my niece enjoyed it so much the next time we went there she went looking for it straight away (over a week later and she still remembered it!) My young cousins were overjoyed at showing this book to me。 They took turns with me pressing the dots and excitedly turned the page to show how it changed。 It offered a fun shared experience。

Daddy review: This was a fun book。 It was a bit different。 No story, just instructions。 As the child follows the instructions (pushing a dot, shaking a boot, clapping, etc。), it gives the illusion that the book is reacting。 I had to help my three year old with some of the instructions (left vs。 right), but overall she really liked it (especially the clapping part)。Daughter (3 y。o。 review): What was good about it? “Pushing these。” Was it fun? “Mmhmm, Daddy。” Do you think your friends would like t Daddy review: This was a fun book。 It was a bit different。 No story, just instructions。 As the child follows the instructions (pushing a dot, shaking a boot, clapping, etc。), it gives the illusion that the book is reacting。 I had to help my three year old with some of the instructions (left vs。 right), but overall she really liked it (especially the clapping part)。Daughter (3 y。o。 review): What was good about it? “Pushing these。” Was it fun? “Mmhmm, Daddy。” Do you think your friends would like that book? *Nods head* 。。。more

This is a fun, "interactive" book that teaches children about cause and effect and having fun - even if it's with a book and not a device。 In a world of instant gratification, this old school approach is refreshing。 This book is so cute and fun, your children will be giggling and saying "ooh" in surprise and wonderment。 This is a fun, "interactive" book that teaches children about cause and effect and having fun - even if it's with a book and not a device。 In a world of instant gratification, this old school approach is refreshing。 This book is so cute and fun, your children will be giggling and saying "ooh" in surprise and wonderment。 。。。more

This is a really great participatory book for kids of about 1。5-3。 My daughter can go through the book multiple times in a row while sitting on the potty and keep enjoying it each time。
